Who qualifies for free shipping? 

All orders over $40 CAD made by Geotab staff will be shipped for FREE! 

Will I have to pay duties and taxes?

Duties & Taxes may apply.

How long will it take to get my order?

We are using multiple couriers to ship our items. Depending on your location, the average shipping time is 5-10 business days. If you have not received your package after 10 business days please contact us at swag@geotab.com

Is there tracking available?

Yes, we will have tracking available for all orders! 

Are my shipping packages recyclable?

Yes, all shipping materials are recyclable. Please check with your local region for available recycling services.
